I provided fractional CMO support as maternity leave coverage for the VP of Marketing during fall 2021, leading the launch of Rockets of Awesome Mini — the brand's first baby collection (0-24 months).

The expansion represented a strategic move to capture customers earlier in their parenting journey and increase lifetime value by extending the brand's subscription model from kids' clothing (2-14) into infant wear. Launched with sustainable bamboo basics, matching sibling styles, and subscription mechanics that delivered new sizes as babies grew; maintaining the brand's core value proposition of convenience while entering an entirely new category.
